To run a TEclass2 request: please enter either a file or type/copy the sequence data in FASTA format into the "Data" field.

About the requests: It is possible to run 3 requests in parallel, but this means also that other persons may start a request. If the number of running requests is reached, the application writes a "busy" message and waits for a restart. The requests are automatically deleted a short time after finishing on the server. If you go back to the data entry page (this here) you may resend the request again. A request is limited to 30 minutes runtime to give many people the chance to calculate data.
